Peako and Concentric were established in 1995 and 1999 respectively and are principally engaged in the construction industry in Hong Kong. They have been and will continue to focus on public works for which the main customer base is public and institutional organisations including mainly the departments under HKSAR Development Bureau, quasi government offices and institutional organisations such as Housing Authorities, Housing Society, Urban Renewal Authority and MTR, and other private corporations. In preparation for public listing in Hong Kong, Man King Holdings Limited was incorporated in November 2014 to become the ultimate holding company of Peako and Concentric.

PEAKO was certified ISO 9001:2000 System by HKQAA and included in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B (Probation) Roads and Drainage category.
2003
CONCENTRIC was certified ISO 9001:2000 System by HKQAA and included in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B (Probation) under Port Works category.
2004
CONCENTRIC was included in (1) HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B under Roads and Drainage (Probation) category and Site Formation (Probation) category and (2) HKSAR Building Department as Registered General Building Contractor and Registered Specialist Contractor (Site Formation).
2007
CONCENTRIC was promoted to Group C (Probation) under Site Formation category of HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list.
2009
PEAKO was confirmed in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B under Roads and Drainage category.
CONCENTRIC was confirmed in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B under Port Works category.
2010
PEAKO was promoted to and subsequently confirmed in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors' list in Group C Roads and Drainage Category.
2011
PEAKO was included in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B (Probation) Site Formation category.
2012
CONCENTRIC was confirmed in HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list in Group B under Roads and Drainage category.
2014
In preparation for listing in the Hong Kong Exchange, a Cayman Islands registered company named “MAN KING Holdings Limited” was incorporated in November 2014 to become the ultimate holding company of PEAKO and CONCENTRIC.
2015
MAN KING successfully publicly listed in the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchange on 3 July with shares subscription over 1800 times by public investors.
CONCENTRIC was promoted to Group C (Probation) under Port Works category of HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list.
2017
CONCENTRIC was promoted to Group C (Probation) under Road and Drainage category and confirmed in Group C under Site Formation category of HKSAR Works Bureau Approved Contractors’ list.
Both PEAKO and CONCENTRIC were certified ISO 14001 : 2015 System by HKQAA
2018
CONCENTRIC was presented with a Highly Commended Award in the New Engineering Contract (NEC) Project of the Year 2018 by the UK Institution of Civil Engineers on 20 June 2018 for its contract "Signature Project Scheme in Sha Tin – Decking of Tai Wai Nullah in Sha Tin and Revitalisation of Shing Mun River Promenade near Sha Tin Town Centre". This award recognised the excellence in project delivery through its collaborative partnership with the Employer (Civil Engineering Development Department), Project Manager and the Supervising Consultant.
