Concentric was awarded a competitive contract by HyD. Key deliverables include the construction of :  

• A lift tower with two lifts and staircase of about 31 metres in height at Tsing Yu Street;
• A covered elevated walkway with a clear width about 3.3m and about 60m span, connecting the above lift tower to the footpath along the southbound carriageway of Tsing Yi Road West;
• A lift tower with single lift of about 13 m in height at the wastern side of the existing footbridge (No. NF230) across Tsing Yi Road West;
• Widening of a section of footpath about 30 m in length to about 3.5 m width along the south bound carriageway of Tsing Yi Road West between the proposed elevated walkway and the existing footbridge (No. NF230) across Tsing Yi Road West; and
• Ancillary works, including associated road, drainage, slope and geotechnical, utilities, public lighting, landscaping, electrical and mechanical (E&M) works, etc.
