Drainage and Sewage

Concentric teamed up with Penta-Ocean to form a Joint Venture which was awarded the $453 million contract for the sewage infrastructures in the Kai Tak Development Area. Key deliverables include :
- Construction of two Sewage Pumping Stations;
- Laying twin rising main & the associated gravity sewers between SPS No.1 & SPS No.2 and the downstream discharge chamber at To Kwa Wan Road;
- Laying of gravity sewers at To Kwa Wan Road; and
- Architectural, building services and landscape works to the pumping stations.
The project was awarded the Silver Award of Green Building Award 2014 by the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects for HKILA Design Award 2014 - Public Projects categories.
