Concentric teamed up with Penta-Ocean to form a Joint Venture which was awarded the drainage contract for upgrading of Central and East Kowloon Sewerage - Phase 1. The works included 5.5 km sewerage with diameters ranging from 225 mm to 1500 mm and 2.7 km fresh/salt watermains of diameters ranging from 20 mm to 250 mm using both open-trench and trenchless methods, modification of 7 numbers of existing dry weather flow interceptors, landscaping works, utility diversion, implementation of temporary traffic management schemes in the rear alleys, main streets and trunk roads in East Kowloon.
