Peako teamed up with China Harbour to form a Joint Venture which was awarded a contract to construct approximately  4.3 km of storm drains ranging from 600 mm to 1800 mm diameter and 1.3 km of box culverts of sizes ranging from 2.2 x 1.8 m to 3.0 x 2.9 m as part of the drainage improvement in East Kowloon.
