Peako teamed up with China Harbour to form a Joint Venture which was awarded the contract for Drainage Improvement Works in Tai Po Urban Areas. Key deliverables include :

• Construction of approximately 2.6 kilometers of drains, including box culvert by open cut method;
• Construction of approximately 300 m of drains by trenchless method;
• Construction of a floodwater pumping station besides Lam Tsuen River and Installation, testing, and commissioning of the associated pumping equipment and E&M works; and
• Installation of 9 nos. of flap valves at the outfalls along Lam Tsuen River and landscape works.
