Concentric was engaged as an exclusive sub-contractor to construct the main structure of the Underground Storage Tank and Pump House inclduing landscaping works in the open space, as well as supervision of the E&M specialist to design / supply / install / commission the pumping equipment and electrical works.

The project was completed 6 months ahead of schedule and  alleviated the flooding problem in the low-lying areas in Sheung Wan. The successful delivery was attributed to the project team's ability to deliver seamless planning and construction solutions for both surface and underground activities among different trade disciplines.
