Concentric was awarded the contract to upgrade approximately 3.5 km existing seawall for Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade. The project team successfully mitigated the environmental impacts to the adjacent seafront residents during construction by changing the construction method from in-situ to precast and use of marine access in lieu of land.
