This World Wildlife Fund (WWF) project was jointly funded by the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, provided an off-shore Marine Life Centre with a 70 m long steel linking footbridge at Hoi Ha Wan, Sai Kung.

Concentric was engaged to construct the whole project works. In order to meet the budget, the project team developed an alternative piling solution in partnership with the client's design consultant that saved the project approximately $10 million by adopting less bored piles. The alternative piling solution also helped in mitigating pollution impacts to the surrounding protected marine park.
