Concentric was selected by CEDD in June 2005 to manage and operate the fill bank at Tuen Mun Area 38 for public fill emanated from construction, excavation, renovation, demolition and road works. The project provided an economical source of fill materials for reclamation and earth-filling projects and also helped preserve the precious landfill space in Hong Kong, which would otherwise be occupied for the disposal of such materials.
