Concentric was awarded a competitive contract by CEDD for the Signature Project Scheme in Sha Tin. Key deliverables include the construction of :

• A deck approximately 2000 m² over the Tai Wai Nullah, including all necessary ancillary and associated works;
• Atop of the deck of a Futsal pitch with ancillary and supportive facilities including boundary fencing and lighting;
• Barrier-free access ramps and stairs on both sides of the deck, connections between the deck and the adjacent footpaths;
• A 2-3 m wide extension at the upstream end of the deck; and
• Rebuilding the parapets of the two footbridges near Hong Kong Heritage Museum and Sha Tin Park with a new lighting system.
