Peako was awarded a competitive contract for the Kai Tak Development – Stage 2 Infrastructure Works at North Apron Area of Kai Tak Airport for Residential Development and Government Facilities. Key deliverables include :
- Roads and landscaped footways;
- Construction of drainage works, including box culverts;
- Construction of a sewage pumping station including design and installation of E&M equipment, and
- Undertaking environmental mitigation measures and controls at the former north apron.
