Concentric was selected by CEDD in August 2006 to manage and operate the Fill Bank at Tseung Kwan O Area 137, the Public Filling Barging Point at Quarry Bay and the Public Fill Reception Facility at Mui Wo for public fill emanated from construction, excavation, renovation, demolition and road works. The project implemented the government’s management strategy to reduce, reuse and recycle public fill.
