Main Work Scope : Excavation & Construction of Basement for Municipal Complex

Concentric was engaged to excavate and construct the foundation and basement for the proposed Tai Kok Tsiu Urban Complex (Phase 2). The project involved essentially the design and installation of ELS for excavation in the mixed rock and soil ground next to a primary school where noise impacts was the utmost concern. The project team made use of special breaking equipment and silient expansion chemicals to successfully mitigate the construction noise.
