Main Scope of Works :
The works comprise design and construction of the foundation system (including pile cap strip / tie beam or footing), site formation and ELS works, associated upgrading works for the existing geotechnical features affected by the proposed development, design and provision of dewatering system, temporary work design and removal of affected existing stabilisation works, existing ground and reinforced concrete ground structures.
