The Group holds a 20.3% equity interest in River King through Rich Partner Global Limited, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The River King Group is principally engaged in a One Belt One Road project involving the bareboat charter hiring and transshipment of coal by vessels owned or built by the River King Group to a coal fired power station located in Pakistan.
