Concentric Construction Limited teamed up with China Geo-Engineering Corporation to form a joint venture and was awarded the contract. The works comprise the construction of chambers, pipeworks and other associated works for the establishment of Pressure Management Areas and District Metering Areas with the installation of monitoring and sensing equipment.
